Alert: Publication of the New Personal Data Protection Law
Law 29/2021 on personal data protection has been published, introducing new rights and obligations. It will come into effect in 6 months. Consult the law and changes at the Andorran Data Protection Agency.

We wish to inform you that today the BOPA publishes Law 29/2021 of October 28, on personal data protection.
Nearly eighteen years after the General Council approved the first personal data protection law, the new Law incorporating additional rights and obligations has been published. It will enter into force within SIX (6) months.
