- Purpose and legal basis: Respond to requests and/or inquiries made by users, where the legal basis for processing is the express consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the LQDP.

CV management
- Purpose and legal basis: Data will be processed to respond to your request and analyse your profile for participation in personnel selection processes. The legal basis for processing personal data is the express consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the LQDP. If the entity publishes a job offer, processing will be lawful when it is necessary for the adoption, at the request of the worker, of pre-contractual measures or for the intention to conclude a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the LQDP.
- Retention period: Collected data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and, in any case, to determine the liabilities that may arise from that purpose, taking into account the periods established in the applicable regulations.
Sending informational communications
- Purpose and legal basis: Subscription to news, promotions and offers of the entity, where the legal basis for processing is the express consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the LQDP.
- Retention period: Data will be retained while the subscription to communications is active and the data subject does not exercise the right of opposition or deletion. In any case, they may be retained to determine liabilities that could arise from this purpose.

- Purpose and legal basis: The purposes of processing are to respond to received inquiries, as well as the management of the commercial and/or professional relationship, and the legal basis conforms to the contractual relationship between the data controller and the data subject, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the LQDP.

- Full name of the user and passport number (or other identification document). In cases where representations are supported, the identification of the person representing the user by the same means, as well as documentary proof of the representation, will also be required.
- Details of the specific reasons for the request or of the information to be accessed.
