At Virtus Advocats we manage the relocation process for many clients entirely remotely from their home country. We can hold online meetings, receive documents via certified mail, and act on your behalf through notarised powers of attorney, enabling us to handle key procedures such as company formation, foreign investment applications, residency, and notarial and administrative tasks.
Certain steps, like the mandatory medical examination, require physical presence in Andorra. However, we arrange and expedite everything possible before your arrival to ensure an efficient, secure process—even if requirements change.

To qualify for passive residency (no economic activity), you can meet the investment requirement by purchasing real estate. At Virtus Advocats we work with trusted agencies and advise you throughout the process: from legal review of the contract and foreign investment authorisation to notarisation and property registration. We also assist with the Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) deposit and other legal requirements.
